Butter Paddles & Spatulas
After cream had been thoroughly churned in a butter churn, the buttermilk at the top would be poured off, and the butter would be scooped into a large bowl and pressed with a butter paddle to separate the remaining buttermilk out of the butter. Our butter paddles and spatulas are hand-carved from maple and are finished with a food-grade oil. Their handles are hand-drilled for easy hanging. And even if you don't make your own butter, these paddles will make a lovely addition to most any kitchen décor. Butter Ball Paddles also available.

A: Large-- Ht. 11", Bottom width 4", 5/8" thick, handle 5 1/2" long. Adult sized for round-bottom bowl. $39.00 ea.
B: Baby--Ht. 7 3/4", 2 3/4" wide, 3/8"thick, handle 3 1/2". Child sized for round- bottom bowl. $24.00 ea.
Wooden Spatulas
C: Large Bread Spatula--Ht. 15", 5" wide, 1/2" thick, handle 5 1/2" . Used for turning pancakes or removing bread from pan. $39.00 ea.
D: Small--Ht. 9 1/2", 2" wide, 3/8" thick, handle 4 1/2". Used for turning hamburgers or removing cake in flat-bottomed pan . $24.00 ea.
